Cancellations and Refunds Holiday Season reservations deposit and payments are non-refundable. Other payments received are refundable, when applicable, as follows: 180 or more days prior to scheduled arrival - 100% of amount paid less a $75.00 cancellation fee; 120 to 179 days prior to scheduled arrival - 50% of amount paid less a 10% cancellation fee; less than 120 days prior to scheduled arrival - total amount paid non-refundable.
